Basic principles – scope of application

We at Acapsia Pharma Production GmbH respect the protection of your data and your privacy and accordingly the privacy of every person who visits our website. At this point, we inform you about which data is collected by us and how it is used. Furthermore, we inform you about how you can check or change the data, or how you can request the deletion of the data. Excluded from this are our service partners who require the transmission of data for order processing. In this event log file, the following data of the user will be stored: IP address, date and time of access, file name and the URL visited, the browser type and the operating system. In principle, this data can be useful for the creation of statistical evaluations, security, or system administration. Nevertheless, personal data are not utilized in this context. We reserve the right, however, to check this data retrospectively in the event of any illegal user behavior.
