If you only wish to obtain information on this website, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect data that your browser transmits to the server (so-called “server log files”). When you visit our website, the following data is collected, which is technically necessary to display the website to you:
- Our visited website
- Date and time at the time of access

- Source/reference you used to get to the page
- Browser used

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data is not passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.
The data is stored separately from any user data that may be disclosed (particularly name, address, username, password, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number) and evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and our offers. We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner is stored by the web shop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name, address, and credit card number, etc. of the purchaser.
The data is required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will be stored beyond that until the expiry of product liability. The data processing is based on the legal terms of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GPDR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Declaration of the use of personal user data
Personal user data is only requested and used by us if this is permitted within the framework of the applicable laws, or if you as a user agree to the data collection or consent to it. We do not pass on your personal data, including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, to third parties without your express consent, which can be revoked at any time. Excluded from this are our service partners who require the transmission of data for order processing. When you visit our website, our provider HostEurope stores so-called event log files (server log files). In this event log file, the following data of the user will be stored: IP address, date and time of access, file name and the URL visited, the browser type and the operating system. In principle, this data can be useful for the creation of statistical evaluations, security, or system administration. Nevertheless, personal data are not utilized in this context. We reserve the right, however, to check this data retrospectively in the event of any illegal user behavior.
